What people think about inculcating gratitude from early age:
Its important to teach kids that there are 10 emotions, not 9. Schools MUST teach Gratitude as a base emotion, not an add on.
Feeling and expressing gratitude is positive trait that, if inculcated and honed right from a young age, can enhance your life. It not only makes you a more joyful, gracious person but makes the world around you a happy place too.
Best practices should be inculcated at the childhood time...so start with practice of gratitude..

In a materialistic world gratitude is about pausing to notice and be appreciative of all that we otherwise take for granted. A habit of gratitude is one of the most precious gifts one can give to a child - increases joy , cognitive ability , positive action . It reduces depression and strengthens a child to deal with stress.
